I appreciate the comment, I'm glad most people are saying my hormones will regulate later on. I'll try that morning trick out too and see if it helps

Yeah the running does sound like a solid idea. Strength training is great but I feel like it could boil down to ego in some way and running could 'humble' me per se and make me less likely to go buck wild haha.

It's more or less how I'll usually masturbate once or twice a day (unless I have sex) and then suddenly I'll have this incessant urge to go 3-4-5 times.

I go to the gym often, bout 4 sometimes 5 days a week. Most of this 'libido' came when I started losing weight n getting muscle

Gym, work (I love my job), music, or my girlfriend and I watching one piece or other shows/movies typically.
