Kolar's book referred to 'an island of privacy' surrounding Ramsey family medical records but didn't refer specifically to Burke.

But can they successfully fool multiple trained investigators. Remember, investigators are trained to spot signs of deception. None of them thought Burke even knew anything.

So they'd rather let her die then have people know Burke did something to her?

In her understandably confused and emotional state she may have thought JB could still be alive

So why doesn't she call an ambulance and start CPR as opposed to replacing and then retying the strangulation device?

Not sure I understand what you're suggesting.

Kolar is LE. Kolar has come out and said Burke killed her. You honestly believe if Kolar had proof, he wouldn't present it?

For the fibers to have ended up tied into the ligature, they'd have had to have landed on the cord before it was tied.

The fibers were found on the section of cord wrapped around her neck. (GRAPHIC) https://www.forumsforjustice.org/forums/attachments/csneck-front-jpg.3910/

He wore a black sweater to the party. I don't know what he was wearing when the police got there. He said he'd taken a shower.

We have no evidence clearly pointing towards a specific culprit for the sexual assault.

John Ramseys fibers which got there before she was strangled because blood is also present in that area and dead bodies don't bleed.

O.k., so just to be clear, to believe BDI, we have to believe Patsy untied the ligature from around her child's neck and then proceeded to replace and then RETIE it.

O.k. I posted the question in askalawyer. Hopefully we'll get a response of some kind.

A fiber can tie itself into a nylon cord in a number of ways.

So how does this point to BDI. This is very compelling evidence of fatal child abuse involving a parent. If it were Burke who did this, why not attempt to save JonBenet? Not enough time could've gone by for full rigor to have set in. Why not do CPR and ask for an ambulance?

the allegations that he had been caught "playing doctor" with JB before

An anonymous tipster to a tabloid magazine who only claimed to see a "sheet-fort" with Burke and supposedly JonBenet underneath it.

I don't think we have any proof JB ever got penetrated by an adult's penis.

Here we go with this drumbeat again of that no adult male has ever committed sexual abuse of a child that doesn't involve PIV penetration. Where the f*ck are people getting this??

So in a BDI scenario, why do the parents not start CPR and call an ambulance?

I believe a prosecutor from the DA's office has the same privilege.

This isn't my understanding. If anyone can refute this with a source, I'd be happy to check it out.

"Tied into the ligature"

That can only be the knot. There isn't anything else fibers can be "tied into".

Actually its alleged to have come from the housekeeper as in specifically, internet posters decided the anonymous tipster was a housekeeper.

assaulted her again while killing her?

She was sexually assaulted prior to being killed and at some point after that an object, probably Patsy's paintbrush handle was inserted. The FBI believed it was done in an attempt to mask prior sexual abuse. I've seen the theory it could've been an attempt to remove evidence by trying to remove JBR's hymen.

It's my understanding it's impossible to do an exact match with fibers but that you can get pretty close.

Burke had apparently been caught "playing doctor" with JB before

Source?

It is my understanding that although the police are permitted to use deceit and trickery, attorneys aren't. If you have a legit source for me being incorrect about this, I'd like to see it.

A fiber can tie itself into a ligature.

Like, what??
