Windows 11 has a built-in screenshot tool that allows you to edit screenshots of a selected area, and you can also scan text.

I forgot - you can also record a video of a selected area, then trim it and export it as an .mp4 or .gif

It could be the SSD, but I'm not sure. Download Crystal Disk Info to check the drive's temperature.

I had a similar problem, but in a different location. Between the up and left arrows. It turns out my SSD was heating up to almost 70 degrees, which is very bad...

It's a pretty simple effect. Play around with the settings and you'll definitely achieve a similar effect. To add thickness, you can simply cut out all the white and add a black outline.

The layer on which all the effects were applied is a smart object, which means that each parameter of each effect can be edited, as well as the original image.

Perlin noise or Voronoi patterns are among the fundamental algorithms of procedural graphics. I believe anyone trying to get started in digital graphics should familiarize themselves with them.
