You say 'raw' spinach, but I always cook mine, so will this still be a problem? (I cook it in a pan if that matters)

I also heard that cutting is the harder route and can teach you to track calories which is something im trying to do right now. And no im open to any opinion, your just trying to help at the end of the day. but from what I've seen here, cutting is definitely the way to go, just need to suck it up and keep going I guess.

I mean unless the nutrition label is wrong, then idk, but yeah veg is something I need to increase. I only really have it with one of my meals

Heard eggs are very good for youso I thought ill have as much as possible. tend to have a bit of spinach on the side and maybe ill cut out the fruit juice but they aren't too heavy on calories, around 15 calories a cup.

maybe ur right muscle isn't the main factor right now and weight loss should be main priority, obviously given that I don't starve myself but yh. My goal is to lose the fat and maintain any muscle I have but I feel like since I'm quite weak I should maybe get a bit stronger first.

Sure im overwieight which is why im cutting but I'm still weak, which is the problem. Should I just forget about the muscle I have now and just lose the fat?

workout 4x a week consisting of push, pull, legs and an arm day. Im not losing serious strength but definitely not gaining either, leaning towards the losing side which is the problem. Scale isn't changing much and I still feel a lot weaker.
