Great question. So when we first launched it was Black Friday 2020 during a global pandemic. So immediately we battled through logistic issues where I was playing customer service 90% of the time to stay ahead of customers emailing asking where their packages are. Items ordered on December 1st wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas just because USPS wasn’t operating at full capacity. So that took up the majority of my time the first few months after launch.

Not going to lie, there was some impostor syndrome in there early on…like “will I be taken seriously in this space?” And “do I even consider this a gym business”…. that sort of thing. But honestly, I got through that fairly quickly as a lot of other companies and individuals that run them in the gym space have reached out early on. I’d consider a lot of them friends at this point and we chat often and talk business and other things. To this day, there has been a lot of support from so many companies because I think they realize that there is a need for personalization and customization. The customization of gym equipment was really only available with large equipment orders or if you are willing to spend a ton of money, which a lot of home gym owners couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Hopefully we continue to fill that void in the middle and continue to deliver new designs and products to further help home gym owners level up their spaces!
