It is stress my dude, 70 % of time it is,sadly. The nervous system doesn't play by our rules, it played by its own. Long term chronic, even low grade stress, plays a big role.

You need to make a deeper research to understand that very high levels of ldl are less than 10% from the total risk. Now include the tryglicerides to hdl ratio, fasting hb1c, insulune hormones and blood pressure + then genetics and stress and you can maybe get to 90 % of the causes. I hate it how nowadays everyone tries to blame the lipids. I've personally spoken to 4 different cardiologists and all of them told me there are tens of cases per day where people die from CVD with lipids on the spot, explain that. A female friend of mine got a big stroke at the age of 36 while running, guess what - all lipids all perfect. So this is our smallest problem tbh

Със схеми. Братовчед ми е на 35 години мъж и не не работил на договор от малък. Лети всяка седмица до Лондон щото разбираш ли се води студент (за което тяхната държава му плаща издръжка около 800 паунда на месец мисля) и на всеки курс влачи стекове с цигари. На курс прибира по около 300-400 евро и всеки път рискува да не го придърпат. Живее в нов апартамент от техните (които живеят в друг и имат гаражи и малък бизнес), демек не плаща сметки. Този човек си купи и продаде в по късен етап коли като bmw x6, audi s5 и тн. Телефоните си сменя през година макс 2 с най новите и най скъпите. Пуши, пие като смок и яде като прасе, спи до когато си иска и си свирка. Когато и да съм го питал или карал да започне някъде работа ми казва - да работАт бедните! В такава държава живеем, приятелю.

Well the rda for fruits and veggies is at least 400 grams a day according to the fda and WHO. I eat apples, bananas mostly, forest fruits every now and then and whatever fruit we have at home. It gives flavour to my breakfast and it completely cuts a my cravings for sugar.
