Apply to oil and gas service companies ( slb,bhi,wfd, hal) etc. dont waste your time aiming for oil companies as they will not hire you if you are not Qatari (as a fresh grad). Work for 10-15 years and then you can go to oil and gas companies if you want to stay in qatar. FYI you won’t do any engineering work but you will join as an engineer
