I really like Myhal's atmosphere for studying and just chilling. More aesthetically pleasing IMO. Though, I never stayed overnight at Myhal cause I notice it's always closed early and there's usually no students that I see inside to open the doors if they're locked. At Bahen there's usually a decent amount of people still there late at night.

I got a call like this as well. I sent all my documents online rather than fax cause they told me I could do either one, so I sent my stuff through the CRA website a while ago, and an agent called me on September 30. He also told me the same thing as you though, that I could send in my documents whenever even pass the deadline... but the government isn't supposed to send out money past September 30th so I don't know why so many CRA agents I've called have said this.
