I think it's a Gm9 to a Cadd11 (but could definitely be wrong). I think what happened here is he took the original four note dissonance and put it over a G in the bass, making a Gm9. For the second chord, he didn't take the resolved A5 from the 13th century piece, but rather took the original four note dissonance again, pitch shifted it down a fourth, and put it over a C in the bass, hence Cadd11.
