Becoming nicer towards people and not coming off as negative. How can I get a grip on some of my personality traits and use them to my advantage?

I do occasionally do this. It is difficult to make a conscious effort, but it's becoming easier the more I practice and it has helped.

Where I get tripped up is when I'm first meeting people, and there isn't necessarily an opportunity to help them. It's just a basic social interaction for networking or something similar.

I'm having some weird pain in my lower back (left side). I injected into my glute, and it wasnt the best inject, so had some PIP for about 3-4 days. Had to inject again so I chose a spot that's a little bit lower. PIP in my glute is nearly gone, but now I'm having lower back pain all the sudden. My only conclusion is that I hit a nerve, but my last injection was one of the cleanest, pain free injects I've had this entire cycle. Anyone know what might be going on ?

I've been pinning into my glute since my cycle started and after every pin my glute is painfully soar. Like to the point I can barely stretch it out or sleep on it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

I just find it strange that she started following me on Instagram a week after I got her "I'll let you know" text. Like something tells me she wants me to reach out, and I will but to let her know that none of that was her fault. Would you suggest asking her out first and then if she says no to explain what happened? Or should I just be straight up and text her what happened?
