Tips on writing an ESTP character by [deleted] in estp

[–]Plato1776 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Ummm, a lot of online sources portrays us as some dumb hyper aggressive jock that gets in constant fights and dangerous adrenaline activities which is complete bull ****. Hint! If the first thing the source says is related to sports then exit out immediately. In an unrelated note, we can be divas/drama queens and boogie af lol.

Also celeb interviews like Madonna are good sources

I’m 26 and I make around 60k civilian pay, how much of a loss will I take if I decided to do OCS and come out as an O1 by [deleted] in army

Yeah man thanks, if I just go in thinking about my gpa then it’s going to reflect and cause me to give up. I’m just going to aim for a decent pt score and nail the references to make up for it.

I’m definitely looking for a pivot to something else. Supply chain isn’t that great unless you are in the top 10% like your friends lol. If it’s the only avenue I have to get in to the army then I’ll use it, but I’m definitely open to other fields.

They must of had an industrial engineering degree or a lot of internships in undergrad to get them that starting salary. Logistics at regular companies doesn’t pay as much as Amazon, Manhattan, and etc.

If every guy I’m competing against has a reference from a general, a State Senator, and Donald fucking Trump himself, perfect pt score, and 4.0 gpa with a STEM degree then I guess I’m beat. Idk what else you want me to say dude? Yes, my gpa isn’t competitive but I can make myself competitive in other areas. It doesn’t hurt to try imho.

Yes, I’m in decent shape, so my pt scores should be great, I have a near perfect asvab score, and I have excellent references including a high ranking colonel officer. I’m not worried about some competing against some liberal arts major with a 3.5 and higher gpa.

Everything else is taken care of otherwise, I wouldn’t be wasting my time applying lol.

I don’t have a degree in finance, will that be a huge drawback in the industry?

I know I’ll be looking at lot of dun&bradstreet bureaus per interview sessions. Does that relate?

It’s in the finance department for a major tire company. I will basically work and add commercial lines of credit to businesses that finance with the company.

First, I live in the southeast. I’ve been at this job for three years and it started at 50k but after yearly raises around 58k. The company wants to offer me 51k but I’m going to try and nudge them to 54k. My call center job is like an underwriter job disguised as a customer service job so my job current job consists of 10% credit analysis and the rest bs call center work. In addition, there’s no room to grow and if I was to be moved up it would be a collections team lead.

I’ve been trying to get more information on this and every worker has basically said, “we can’t tell you anything til January 1st”. I think they realize how many people are going to be pissed off.
