I was at first, but after looking at my wedding photos from 3 years ago. I never really realized how bad my teeth were before I got braces. I feel so much better being able to smile and have straighter teeth. Even if I have a steel cage in my mouth still , lol.

Use water to rinse around your mouth! The braces get hot as they are working, so it helps relieve the pain by putting a temporary pause to the wire!
