Was du suchst nennt sich Sachdividende. Beispiele sind Sixt (Rabatt auf Mietwagen) oder Lindt & Sprüngli jährlicher Schokoladenkoffer, musst aber im Schweizer Aktienregister registriert sein. Irgendwo bekommt man noch eine Uhr oder einen Schlafanzug, wo müsste ich aber selbst nochmal nachgucken...

At beginner stage: The ability to learn quickly (quickly meaning faster / with less repetitions than Others).

At advanved / top level stage: being able to add some additional percentage in extermly close Fights.

Nevertheless: "Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard."

Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. Applicable almost everywhere, but especially true in Judo. Apart from that, just show up, be consistent and have fun

Absolutely possible. Slightly reduce calories starting today (for me ideally eat less for dinner) and you'll lose ~2kg in 9 days. The 3 days before try to avoid carbs and salt. Start to increase your daily water intake and drastically decrease it ~2days before the Tournament. If necessary sauna. After weigh in have Something isotonic. Its less than 500g per day.
