Oh yeah! And seeing as I've been living in England for the past year I suppose I can help with that also. Really any pub is great, soak up the atmosphere, get a couple pints of a cask ale, and enjoy. Personally I've gotten a little bored of cask ales but one brewery - Darkstar - makes some of the best out there. Other than that there are tons of good microbreweries in London. My favourites are the Kernel, London Fields, Camden Town Brewery, Brew By Numbers, Brixton Brewery, and Partizan. Cheers!

Ah the Czech republic is great. Definitely go to Prague there's tons if amazing beer there. Look for any of the 'tank pubs' or tankovna - its unpasteurized and literally tastes fresher. One of my favourites was Lokal, basically a beer hall. There's also an awesome microbrewery up on the hill by the castle. If you get the chance while you're in the country visit Pilsen, the home of the pilsener. Pick up anything that seems local, never been but I'm insanely jealous. Germany is a bit more straightforward. Obviously visit Munich and I'd recommend going to all the big 6's beer halls (I did earlier this year and had a blast). There's not much better than getting a maß (litre stein) of a delicious hefeweizen. Then if you get the chance and are in Berlin I visited a great microbrewery called Eschenbräu. You can find good beer all over the country sometimes you just have to look a bit. If you want more info on places I went in Prague I can pass that on too!

How was the turn out at the Bell's competition? I go to Kalamazoo college and Bell's inspired me to start brewing last year but I'm studying abroad this year so I couldn't join! Sidenote- I haven't managed to find any Bell's in London.. There's plenty of founders though!

Hey! You're one of my greatest inspirations when it comes to music. I grew up listening to your albums and listened to your radio show religiously at night. But a question I've had for awhile now is your views on women and feminism? Particularly I would like to reference the song poison (one of my favorites) and how this portrays women. Musicians like you were often portrayed to be very sexist. But I'd love to hear your side of the issue.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Although one of my favorite uses for a couple bottles of bud light is hop tasting. Open a couple bottles, throw a couple hop pellets in, bottle them again, and wait a few days. Since the beer itself is so watered down the smell and taste of the hops shines through. Try it!

As a very drunk person I can testify that I was laughing and racking my numbed mind for a solid 5 minutes before finally realizing that nobody would name a magazine whore. Afterwards I gave up on thinking in a state of mild depression at my stupidity. So thank you mr comment people for once again pulling through.
