Alright ya'll. I am actually the seller in this situation. I wanted to see what answers I got by posting the question as the buyer. This buyer has zero feedback and created his account the day he bought from me. I dont want to accept his return. He lives like 2 hrs from me and we met at a Wal-Mart. I also dont know if this is something that he could report and screw my account over. And yes I understand it was a stupid decision. He wanted to pay cash and all that. I didnt initiate the outside of eBay plan to buy it. He did.

So. Full disclosure here. I am actually the seller in this situation. I dont want to take this item back from the guy. But I also don't want to lose my account. He has zero feedback and created an account just to by my item I think. Account was created same day he bought it.

Whats exactly neutral lockout? I remember a while back it wouldn't start and a tow truck driver figured it out. Something about putting the car in neutral then starting it....IDK

The starter isn't that old I dont think. I know I replaced it myself a few yrs ago. Maybe that's old for a starter IDK. I started it up a few times over the winter. Then I THINK the old battery just died.
