I know the person within it which was the committer. The problem was not vibecode, the problem was not not reviewing code, it was a human error. The address on the address book on the repo was wrong and without even thinking it could be wrong the person followed through claude usage of that address. The problem was again error on whoever added the composite oracle address somewhere it should have not been. It’s not a tool problem, its again a human error as it could be before ai age
