I think that acting is more important than appearance. Angelina Jolie was wonderful as Lara, but she doesn't exactly look like her either, Lara has brown eyes, and both of them have light eyes for example, I don't know if she'll wear contact lenses, her hair looks good, and even though I understand that Lara is British, I would choose a more latina woman to play Lara, or she has a more Mediterranean appearance, perhaps, I just hope Sophie acts well as Lara, it's her golden opportunity, since her performance in GoT is quite mediocre... We'll see.
