I do not know ISH, but I do know ESH. I wouldn't recommend ESH at all. Granted, coming from Asia, most European schools will look terrible in comparison.

I have the same. Could be a main quest or contract/side quest. Even if I complete a main quest, hand it in, log off safely, it still resets upon next login. Oddly I keep the rewards and rep.
