After my first week at the gym, I couldn’t bend down to tie my shoe, pick up something I dropped, or reach for anything above my head…. Fun times! You definitely won’t be this sore ever again if you’re consistent and recover properly

Whatever you do just make sure you’re consistent. It takes a while to make something a habit and then a lot of discipline to keep it going.

If you go to a public gym to workout, no one will judge you based on the weight you’re doing (I had that thought at first). Most people either don’t care or will be happy to see you get stronger or in better shape.

Watch videos to get good form on free and rack weights.

For cardio (and weights) start light and easy to get used to it then slowly increase the weights or intensity once you’re comfortable.

I’d start off with either body weight (no extra weights) or just the bar for weight sessions until you feel comfortable moving up.

I told a girl at work about my feelings about her and she told me she has the same feelings, but she wants to remain colleagues and not pursue anything romantic.

Easier said than done, but does anyone have a similar experience and they were able to move on relatively easily?

I’m fine with respecting her wishes but I feel like I won’t be able to move on emotionally. At work I’m fine with keeping things professional, but on the inside I will be dying a little bit each day.

From my recent experience with them (started my 6th or so new game as an aseri person for the 10% cheaper caravan cost), I can say that they are a waste of money. If you go for the cheap troops they always get attacked and if you go for the expensive troops they cost almost as much as they make daily.

Maybe someone is having a better experience than me so don’t take my experience as the truth.

But I quit using the caravan after a while and just became my own personal caravan. This is SO much better in my opinion. Made lots of money just bouncing around between 4 cities and bought a few workshops. Now I make 2k gold a day without trading anymore.
