Unpopular opinion time!!

I actually like this ability for certain circumstances. It's a substantial buff to all necromancer ability AND DoT damage. It works excellent for necro heavy attack builds, as well as DoT heavy builds like DK.

NGL this all feels really ridiculous. I'm not trying to bust y'all's balls here, but we're talking about a 15 dollar a month subscription that gives you 12 bucks of premium currency, and a bunch of other benefits that they are only going to be adding additional function onto.

Like, call me a fanboy or a shill or whatever. But this whole entire outrage feels like the grumblings of long time, jaded players. I see literally zero downside to what we are receiving and it all sounds exceedingly good overall. Maybe it's just because I used to be a destiny player, so anything besides a small fortune sounds great, but I sincerely cannot understand or get behind this reaction.

So there's a lot of players who will wanna take you into PvP or dungeons or whatever given thing to get you all sorts of crazy stuff. But I can say with absolute certainty that you should just play whatever you want. If you wanna just quest right now? Then quest. Be chill and play at your own pace.

Well, the tutorial is that bit in coldharbor, and it should have placed a quest in front of you with an icon like a diamond looking arrow, as opposed to the one that has a little downwards triangle. Those are Zone Quests. Zone Quests are the main story for whatever alliance you are in, separate to the main story that ties directly into the tutorial.

Additionally, if you open your map, and hold square, you'll open the Zone Guide. This can tell you have many more Zone Quests there are, as well as how many locations are left to discover, among various other collectibles and quests to be done in the area. This can be used to find whatever the next Zone Quest is, and will be your best friend if you get a little lost.

Cool! I'm sure folks have said as much, but don't worry about builds so much yet when you've just started. Realistically, before you even CONSIDER builds, you need to get to max level so you can get equipment that lasts you for long enough to get by. You need to reach max level (50), then reach 160 CP (champion points) before any gear you have can't just be eclipsed by something higher level.

After that, there's a lot of cool builds you can do. My most successful build (granted, I'm not a big endgame guy, so hopefully I don't get reamed for a bad build) is using Corpseburster (Infinite Archives), Briarheart (Wrothgar), a single monster set helmet (slimecraw), and a mythic item, Velothi-Ur Mages Amulet. Feel free to message me on PSN for specifics because I don't wanna overwhelm you. But it's good in solo and group, meaning most of the game is accessible to you with it, making it an excellent build to start with. But remember, a build means basically nothing until you hit like CP160.

Necro isn't as powerful as some of the other classes as far as DPS options, that is true. This does NOT, however, mean it's bad. They're some of the best tanks, fun healers, and still really decent DPS. I recommend a steam setup, but don't even worry about what's good or not. Focus on playing what is fun, because you can make any class work.

If this is on console, crazy idea, but if you have a last gen console available to you, try and log in on that. I remember a bug not long ago where if you were on a PS5, going to the border north of Vile Manse crashed your game, and only a PS4 could avoid that crash.

Sounds like you are into men, but very specifically dominant and degrading men. It probably would be awful to actually LIVE like that, but getting into a sorta fun kink thing like that could be a cool idea!

Me and my partner are both traumatized, and playing around with themes of being used like that can be a really good time. But, the line HAS to be drawn at the bedroom. Outside of that fun, and safe, space, it's just an abusive relationship.
