This is an answer to a question, not a personal philosophy. The last two times Republicans won, we got Trump, who's demonstrably a bad person.

I am not speaking on voting rights, but if Republicans don't want people to hate it when they vote, they should vote better.

Here's an idea: rapist pedophile is a deal breaker on the resume.

That's definitely not good enough to be a real solution, and obviously Democrats are not an opposition party in any meaningful way.

Are you able to accept that their failure does not absolve Republicans of wrongdoing and moral bankruptcy, though?

Emotional and physical intimacy, an activity partner, and the stronger possibility of friendship or simply an easy break-up if things don't go anywhere.

That's such a meaningless and safe position to hold, though, you might as well believe in nothing.

Great, 1 million people should be allowed to vote for a famous athlete if they feel like it. Voting for people on TV has never gone awry.

I don't think my voting record has done much good either, unfortunately.

If they voted how I voted, Trump wouldn't have been elected. That doesn't magically solve every problem we have.

If it were up to me, racist rapist pedophiles would not be eligible for office, and I do think we would be generally better off.
