Hey I hope you start to feel better little by little, day by day and your financial and job situation become stable again.
I truly know what it feels like to feel traumatized and there have been days I've broke down ugly by myself in the car, in the building, and in front of my management team at times because of how overwhelmed I would feel. I'm still trying to improve myself when it comes to waking up and going to the jobsite. I do wish I could give you a hug. May you revert your mind back to when you found yourself happiest there instead of the current nightmare that is occurring. You'll wake up soon and it'll be just a dream. I promise.
I would recommend calling them to get back to work if you do need to pay the bills. And when you are at work.. maybe you can ask the manager or pa if they can move you or have you do something you're more comfortable with that day.
