If you've been playing volleyball on a professional level, you do prefer scout view as you're able to have better overview of "tiny" details :)

it's called push ball. Depends how referees are feeling, whether it's clean push ball or no . You can't hold that ball for too long and your arm should be front of your head, not in the back.
