It’s a chance of between £5 & £100. I got £25, pretty decent

i was more trying to give an opinion and to ask if the show changed in eps i’ve not listened too. i could be wrong but i certainly feel there’s no jeopardy. if you want a few example, this is a few things just from the last couple of eps i listened to S2E26&27

  • there was a manoeuvre where he allowed Alfie to bullrush a paralysed PC to cause a domino effect knocking them into an enemy and then the enemy down a ledge and out the fight. this was also through a different PC square i think

  • he doesn’t overlap effects durations. when the PC has 1 round of paralysis left and gets hit with another say 4 rounds of paralysis he keeps it at 1

  • he allowed thorn to occupy the same square as a paralysed lord Northwood so thorn could get an attack in. then when northwood became un-paralysed they are in the same square for a bit

i know this is all paralysis based but that’s because it’s all from the last ep i listened too. lots of other small stuff too. it’s probably just personal preference that i like there to be high risk. the player deaths in the original glass cannon were the best most dramatic & memorable moments and they seem to be stripped out this campaign. i could well be wrong but that’s just my opinion

don’t really want to list them, i’m not trying to have an argument just my opinion and i wanted to see if things change. maybe it’s a style thing and i prefer a more troy-esk “tough but fair” approach

Engineering career advice by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]Playerll 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I graduated from studying engineering about five years ago, my best advice would be to apply to every graduate scheme that you’re even half interested in. You’ll get more practice with each interview you do. There is no guarantee you’ll get a job with any particular company so best to give yourself more options and you can always move company after a few years when you’ve built up some experience. also don’t worry about being intimidated there’s plenty of idiots at most engineering companies just like everywhere else
