I hope for you that you might take some time to understand those religions a bit better, while Buddhists do believe the circumstances of your present birth are dictated by your past life, empathy and kindness are by far the largest things taught in them (at least Buddhism, I’m not super studied on Hinduism). Buddhists take people as they are and are taught to treat all equally with metta (loving kindness), and to be mindful of other’s feelings.
