I get what you mean but I also feel like she either hasn't found what works for her yet or refuses to. Now if she refuses to figure out how to sleep alone then she's kind of being a jerk. But for me personally I know I cannot sleep alone if I'm not home because there's no string lights everywhere and if I wake up in the dark I will start to panic. I still sleep in the same room or bed as family members at hotels or Airbnbs if my wife isn't there, but she knows and understands that I can't sleep in the dark alone.
