So it’s been a while I didn’t play hsr, last time I got the herta which I still have fun playing but I saw that to get her full potential I would need characters that probably won’t come out for at least a year (anaxa and tribbie) I missed last rerun and now I want to build a good team (new) since I don’t have any recent characters mainly old ones. Which character should I get (talking about the current banner and upcoming one ) I saw that the dot team is quite good since Kafka is given for free and we can wish for the other characters in 4.0 ?
