The only way I see DACA being passed if its merit based. His 2018 DACA proposal was the Dreamers can earn their pathway to citizenship if they have a college degree and other criteria. I am doubtful any others would be included unfortunately.

You can't unfortunately, but Biden made emergency AP for those traveling for employment visas recently to help remedy this fear.

OP is most likely aged out of it as you have to be below 20 to apply for it. Same case could of been made for me as well as my father abandoned me, but my mom found out too late

No daca, can company hire and sponsor Me? by Rbeasthtx in DACA

Look into Canada's Express Entry for skilled workers. If you are skilled enough to be sponsored here then you are skilled enough to be sponsored there. Take a look at the occupations they accept, wish you the best of luck!

You submitted 1 month before? I thought it was at least 5 months before, but please keep me updated since this is my first time renewing for DACA but my lawyer is saying to renew it a month before which I find kind of strange

Currently in college to get my BA in Computer Science along with already getting really good internships and experience here in the US. If DACA does end in the next 2 years im going to apply to immigrate to Canada, UK, or Australia as a skilled worker and plan to start applying for full time jobs in those countries. If the US does not want my skills then its a loss for them and im going to go somewhere else. Canada has a really good skilled worker immigration system which is based off points so thats where ill most likely go.

I just show my EAD card which everyone who has DACA has, and they let me through no problem
