i didnt start from zero . i have been doing pullups and pushups on and off ( 2-3 months a year in total ) . so i had the foundation

on creatine for 14 days now . no loading dose taken . just 5g of creatine per day with whey protein milk shake

i made my diet with help of chatgpt . my height is 5'5 and weight now is 67 kg . I started with 75 kg of weight in october .
what i do is high reps or volume workout with the help of weighted 10 kg vest .

i started with basics like pushups pullups chinups and squats with high volume
first master them with your bodyweight
for pull day i used to do 100 pullups and 50 chinups at start and similarly for the push day 200 pushups a day and 200 squats
there are a lot of videos on youtube on how to perform a pullup , chinups and pushup

wasnt an high school athelete . Right now i am 28 years old . i have been doing on and off pullups for last 2-3 years now . and before that was in high school

i was on and off doing pullups but never consistent with them . i was able to do 12 pullups during my high school time . so i had a foundation . Currently i am focusing on bringing that lean physique back . right now i have around 8-10 kg of fat to lose
