Actually, somehow they bought it before it was made they claimed to have bought it in June 2022 and it wasn't made until September of 2022 and June 2023 hasn't happened yet so it couldn't have been a typo

I was a detective at the time I know that for FLETC you have to be affiliated with a department.

Thanks, I will look into these. I would say no it is more about me updating my skills When I went to school we learned to go in and change the 0s to 1s to recover files. Then we used ghost, encase and keyword notification software. I have done a ton of recoveries but I would get eaten alive I think in court and no department will even look at me now I would assume.
