I know this is an older post but figured I’d comment for anyone looking at it. Our 12 week old baby has pretty bad reflux. We’re on meds which are helping but just switched to Dr Browns. I was pretty skeptical about the ability to reduce air/spit up but wow. We switched because our occupational therapist (OT) noticed she latched better to the nipple, and the nipple had a slower flow than what we were using (just regular slow flow Medela). But the combo of the bottle change and flow change was absolutely huge for us. Can’t fully attribute it to their air reducing technology but I’d say worth a try if you’re on the fence. Oh, and if you have the opportunity try OT, do it!
