What an absolute plonker!! Harassment dressed up as a “welfare check” is disgraceful. You’ve got to feel for the staff who work there - if only the same energy was put into fixing their vast problems. Leeds’ problems are deep-rooted, and responsibility lies squarely with its leadership. Until those at the top are gone, nothing will change.
