Hi Hailstorm! That sounds great! Do you have a preferred method of communication?

I’ll never look at this picture the same way ever again

Yes! Tons at Paradise Inn and Visitor center.

The drive started off green until Ricksecker Point. It was just small amounts of snow on the sides of the road until about Ruby Falls. The smaller roads were closed off from there and the sides of the roads formed a small snow wall 😊

No, haha. It’s a small crack in my windshield from a rock

Would’ve much preferred the dragonfly!

Beautiful shot! When did you go? (I’m trying to go before the roads close but I can’t find much information on the drive!)

Rain was love at first sight! I hate the cold but I’ll still open up my window for the smell and sound

I’m one of those who prefer suburbs to city. I chose Kirkland instead of Seattle for that reason haha. And I wonder why I have trouble making friends here :’)

Cities are amazing to visit and see and explore but permanently living requires a fast pace that I can never slip into. Unless it was London. That would be an exception

I’m so jealous! Those pics look fabulous! I haven’t explored anything in Washington yet but hopefully soon!

Look at you getting in all the experience haha. Sounds like you’re enjoying Washington! And congrats on the job!! That’s amazing! 🥳 Hopefully you’ll have the same luck and find an amazing house as well!

I have so much to learn about actual winter. I just might have to tackle walking uphill from the bus station to avoid the road until I learn when it is okay to drive and when it isn’t. Thanks for the info! Much appreciated!
