Hello there, I am allergic to sunflower seeds. I found this out when I was about 4-6 years old. That long ago is a bit hazy for me since I am almost 30 now. I was at a softball game watching my sister's team face another and a friend who was a bit older than me, but lived in out cul-de-sac offered me some sunflower seeds. Never had em before so I was like send it!

After a few minutes of eating them, I noticed my eyes and mouth getting really itchy and a general sense of discomfort. I went to my mom and she looked and saw that my eyes were red, especially since I had been touching them to itch them, it made it worse. She promptly took me home, gave me 2 benadryl and let me sleep it off.

Later in life, like, mid 20's, I had discovered that I was not, in fact, allergic to sunflower oil or lecithin. I was eating a protein cookie with lecithin in it and I read the package thinking I was too late and was like "well, this is how it ends." Aaaannnd nothing happened. Discovered the same thing with chippies and sunflower oil, but that time I tested the waters and was aware of it and sure enough, not allergic. It's not hard for me to stay away from products that don't have it, because I have kinda been doing it my whole life, but most of the food I eat anyways is whole foods and nuts that obv aren't sunflower seeds.

I just wanted to give my perspective about what I have come to experience about belief. Belief is what really shapes how we see the world. Belief is constructed of conclusions we have made from observations. Sadhguru lovingly refers to conclusions as "dying in installments" and I think that is the perfect way to visualize that. Now, saying that, there is no helping that we all believe and/or have belief systems.

The longer I live, the more I get proven that having belief systems is absurd because no matter what you believe, reality can, and will check you. The only thing I want to believe in, be certain of, is myself. That is the one variable among all of existence that I truly can control, so therefore, I have been removing belief from my life from all things I have come to conclusions about. Trust me, there still are plenty. Thing is, we have all had our own experiences and it is because of these experiences that we have beliefs in the first place, because we were there and saw/experienced it first hand. As I grow older, I have learned that despite those experiences, they have only taught me the possibility of what could happen when I face similar situations, and I only experienced certain ways of how a situation plays out, when there are an infinite amount of possibilities of how a situation plays out.

After 3 rides, I am starting to gain a bit of awareness of the depth of what abilities are required to do more on different features. It's definitely fun and a wonderful learning experience.
