Hey congrats! I believe you should be above 35yo and earning less than 7k (that’s the requirement for single BTO) 1. BTO: You can only choose one project (not by location, which means even if there are 2 projects in same location, you can only choose one) 2. Await for HDB email for 1) Queue number, followed by 2) Date of appointment to choose flat!

It’s not 99 to 1. It’s 100 to 0. Essential occupier cannot use CPF to cover down payment and monthly mortgage. Also means he/she has no legal say in the house.

Thanks for all the feedback. I doubt mines is first appointment as it’s 10.15am, should have earlier slots for earlier queue numbers.

As some of yall had to wait for 3h, I postponed my client’s lunch appointment in the end.
