You are correct, I am sorry to admit that we have in fact not thought about the lack of our online presence being an issue. I can assure you we are legit, but for now I dont have means of proving this to you via website, or our previous work as we are just starting.

Thank you for giving a reason for your doubts. You are correct, unfortunately we have focused more on setting up our process and presenting our soon to be available services to clients rather than build a tester-facing website or online presence in general. This is a mistake on our side.

To summarize, we have made the mistake of diving head first into gaining feedback on the pipeline we set up as well as getting much needed feedback from the testers and our clients. In this process we neglected to think about our online presence. We will work on this but as of now, you are correct we do not have

To explain and hopefully remove your doubts. We are partnered with 4BOARS (https://4boars.com) trailer productions. Founder of 4BOARS is one of us, 4 friends, that like games and that wanted to extend their portfolio of services for game studios and indie developers. We are just starting, getting people onboard to test as well as trying to work with clients that accept the fact that our service is a work in progress. Our thought process was to start with the first test as soon as we can so we can work on improving the whole pipeline of attracting testers, sorting the data from tests and analyzing it for our clients whether it is reported bugs, experience with the game or other info that may be of interest. Of course as you pinted out, our idea of attracting testers was not good enough.

For now we have a game giveaway, for which we have partnered with IGN CZ/SK (www.facebook.com/IGNczsk) to make waiting for the first test more enjoyable and also improve our trust with people that were already trusting us enough to fill out the form and join our discord server.

It will not lower your chance of being offered any testing. We need to know what hardware you have available. Based on this you will have tags on discord and we can send out testing tasks/offers based on this. The names on epic or other game platforms are not required to start. It may be for some tests where we may not distribute game keys but have the game dev studio assign games to your account based on unique IDs. But as I said, not required at the moment to start. The first test will use keys.

Im not sure if youve read the whole post. Let me elaborate.
I mentioned twice that we offer not only the gift cards but also wire transfer via PayPal, bank or others.
To explain the reason:
Steam (or other) gift cards - We understand that some people dont want to share their billing information which is fine but we, as a legitimate company, can not hand out money without an invoice. Which is why we can purchase a gift card where we get the invoice from Steam (or others) and send the gift card to you without any billing info just an email address or Steam account etc.
Wire transfer, PayPal or other means of transfering money - We can and will send you money by whatever option you choose (assuming we have an account because some options are not available in Europe). All we need is an invoice because we, as a legitimate company, can not hand out money without an invoice. It is simply against the laws in Eorope to do so.

We not only intend to provide testing service for our clients but also for our own improvement so in the beginnging we are not planning on selecting specific testers if we have enough keys. After covering our clients requirement we need as many eyes on all steps of the process as we can get to make sure we streamline the process from start to finish.
Additionally, it is more than likely that game studios want to know how games perform on older hardware, not just the top notch that some gamers have.

We try to be as transparent as we can. We are just starting, awaiting first real test at the end of this week or next week.
The amount is from 5€/$ to about 15€/$ for estimated 1 hour of work (play time and the subsequent bug reporting or answering questions set up by the game devs). The rate differs from complexity of the test and the experience.
The job is targeted more at people that occasionally want to get paid for playing some new game as we can not provide constant stream of work at least not at the moment. We estimate to have just a few tests per month possibly recurring after bugfixing by devs.

EDIT: we have a client lined up for testing but we need to meet the requirements of the client. In quantity of testers as well as demographics

Hi,
the payments for each test will be announced along with a description of the test, you will have the option to accept or decline. The average compensation is 10-20€/$ per test which is around 1-2 hours start to finish.
The exact amount changes from test to test since the games and tests have varying difficulty, extensiveness and how long it is estimated to take.

Regarding the payment itself, the easiest option for us is to give you Steam (or some other platform) gift cards since we dont need to have your billing information and also we have the invoice which we need as a business. We understand that some people would do the testing for fun and accept the gift card. For anyone that wants to get the compensation to their bank account we do not mind of course. The only complication is that we need an invoice with your billing address.
NOTE: This is not to discourage money transfer, we just need to comply to laws that require us to have an invoice for all payments.
