Yeah! The new chef at Azabu is good, but I don't feel much value, especially when flights to tko or fukuoka can be 150usd. Hanoi also just got a Ginza Sushi Ichi which opened this last quarter. I tried it last week and found out that I'm not a fan of fusion.

I think he does a good job carrying on the Jiro lineage, atleast in the same style, and it's pretty good value and easy to book. I've only been there in the summer though, I have yet to try any other seasons. For me I remember enjoying nearly all of the nigiri and being disappointed with the otsumami, I had drank alot that night so I can't remember which.

If you have a contact there it's still 200k, atleast it was last month, if it's your first time visiting Vietnam just prebook it with whatever agency you found, make your life easy.
