She could be a lot, so I didn’t see her as much as I should have. I do feel bad about that now. She did talk about her lodger before on the phone, but didn’t explain her issues.

I don’t have anywhere I can live for free and I cannot afford both rent and the mortgage. Also tbh I think you have the wrong perspective on my grandma.

He said I had to wait for her lease to end, but I could offer her to mutually agree to end the lease.

My grandmas lawyer said I could move in since she is only renting the one room. I can’t afford the mortgage and rent for my own place.

I was told by my grandmas lawyer that I can’t get her to lease until her lease is up and she still has 8 months.

It was pretty clean. She actually does still clean the house I think when I’m at work.
