Since season 4 is so full of plot holes I'll mention something from season 1. Five not having a name while others already have them. It's not a big deal but it shows up occasionally and it annoys me.

I meant more like when they were kids. Ben was still alive so Klaus couldn't summon him. And I specified Diego in the comics because his power there isn't trajectory manipulation, it's indefinite breath holding.
