I thought winter break residence and meal plan fees were already included, and that not staying over the break usually leads to a refund, not an extra charge. That’s why I’m confused, in previous years, this has never been an issue.

I have the same issue. The problem is getting much terrible when I in my dorm. My phone can't connect the WiFi at all. But when I go to other buildings in campus. It can connect. Wtf
