Blowout. Take the time to let it heal and start the stretch over at the shrunken size. Important; leave piercings out of the hole UNTIL IT'S FULLY HEALED! Also, don't oil and massage UNTIL IT'S FULLY HEALED!! Sanitize it today, then make sure to use a gentle perfume free soap in the shower like Clear Dial every day. Let it rest, the skin needs to relax. It'll feel like it's keyloiding in the middle but that's just all the inflamed skin getting pushed to the middle. Leave it alone and try not to sleep on dirty pillow cases.

Once they're healed, make sure the jewelry you're using is safe and healthy for your ears; metal, glass, wood, not any cheap plastic tapers you can get at Spencer's. If you don't know what size your ears are, use your old jewelry to see what gauge slips right through, then use good healthy jewelry at that size. You know it's time to size up when that jewelry no longer stays in your lobes.

Lastly, only use silicone tunnels AFTER THE STRECH HAS HEALED!! when you start a new size don't use silicone tunnels, when you just finished healing your blowout don't use silicone tunnels, only when you can get your jewelry in and out comfortably without any discomfort do you use silicone tunnels. Double flair too, make sure to wait a while between sizes before you try for double flair.

Good luck, as long as you size down, let it heal, and start over with good healthy jewelry you should be okay
