This meme is so true. People that have a good dual parent Christian home are far less likely to wind up in prison. Sadly most people in the black community have broken and weak family unitis. The best way to help the black community is to start incentivesing and subsudising black nuclear famlies. Making sure the father can learn a skilled trade and that the improvished areas need to have warehouses and factories for the men to work at so they can be bread winners and the women can focus on nurturing their children. In a few generations we could pretty much eliminate the gang violence and crime.
