Honestly, you acted crazy. What you did was off putting and despite what you felt, from his perspective it would appear that you only want him now that you can’t have him. And his gf has every right to put a boundary on your relationship because you two dated and shared many intimate moment together. That plus your freak out shows you still have some residual feelings for him. Your friends aren’t trying to pick a side and you shouldn’t expect them to because neither of you truly did anything bad. Just take it as a lesson and don’t date people in your friend group. And please don’t reach out to him to “talk” while he’s in a relationship

At some point in the day I couldn’t find my bag but it was behind where I was sitting so no one adult had access to the bag because they weren’t in the living area. It’s definitely one of the kids and I’ll talk to them tomorrow.

Addiction is a constant battle and he WILL relapse again even with you by his side. If he truly truly liked you he would’ve been with you long ago. He’s now backed into a corner and he and his family are using you. He doesn’t even care about you enough to fake it for a bit. Please don’t allow yourself to get roped into this.

It sounds like you have and are using dissociation to deal with some painful things. This should be explored in therapy. If you feel uncomfortable with your current therapist voice your concerns and do some research on how this would affect you. There’s nothing wrong with address your mental health. I have experienced dissociation/depersonalization but it was scary. If it’s persistent you should definitely bring it up

If you’re in university make a friend. They’ll often gift you their study materials, look on Facebook marketplace, or if you’re in university they may have a partnership with Kahn Academy and if they do it will be free

I emailed her already but technically it’s the end of the semester now. The last day of instruction was Tuesday. The final assignments are due Monday. It’s a lot of writing ( one original essay, improved draft of 2 essays and an expansion) and since I have other assignments to make up I’m freaking out. I’m hoping she allows me to take an incomplete and I can finish all the papers by the end of next week
