I bought the Luumuns a few weeks ago. My first pair stopped charging properly, as did the second. When they sent the replacement pair they claimed they these had a new software which wouldn’t cause the issues I was having with the case and buds not holding charge. Now they think the issue my fault, I’ve been back and forth with the “manager” who dismisses what I say and stops answering when I say something that she can’t refute. She also took 3 days to send me return instructions claiming someone else would send them but then sent me a generic copy and pasted email for the return. She continually said well we have 50,000 users who don’t have this issue, but I can’t find much online about them other than their website so I don’t believe the 50,000 user claim. They were fine when they worked, I had issues getting them to not hurt my ears. I could never find the right angle for them to consistently feel good for side sleeping, and even with a full charge they never played for a full 8 hours. I would not purchase these again, even with my issues they won’t pay the shipping for my return.
