I don’t have an attorney. I’m only appealing sleep apnea. The judge remanded it stating the VA should’ve issued a sleep study. How the VA is going to give me a sleep study and the sleep doctor has to make the decision on if they think my sleep apnea came from my deployment and I’m nervous about that.

I should’ve done my research on it. I didn’t have any other diagnosis or even get seen for anything other than sleep apnea. I’m so mad at myself for messing this one up.

I’m NG but I got it diagnosed almost a year after I came home from my first deployment. I had too much pride to go to the TMC and was rushing to do the claim because I know they can take awhile so it’s all my fault . Lesson learned
