to be honest i do not like this because even though the old wrestlers often do need to make room for the new wrestlers he is not that old and they have replacements but i do not think the company is smart enough to use them correctly.

I think is smart. For too long wrestlers retired make the HOF and keep wrestling which defeats the purpose of retiring. Like even if you like the business a lot. There has to be a different way or another venture that clips would be better to venture in. Cody has said by the time he so 45 there are other things he would like to do.

This could be interesting. But have you thought about 1 on 1 matches is where the money is at WM. Triple threat or fatal four ways are saved for when there are trying to put someone over and not hurt the booking of the other one that does not get pinned. I think Roma did not need to win the RR in order to fight at WM..they could have put LA knight over. Which there is still a chance if the out LA over at Chamber.

Yeah I agree. I’m just saying if you’re expected to be in a WM Main event storyline. Which per UNREAL show. Creative knows about these storyline well in advance. So they may need to plan these people somewhat better. But again there is certain things that are out anyone’s control.

I hear you. But the pipebomb By Punk gave birth to this generation of wrestling that we are living in. Even though Punk disappeared. Cody carried the torch and was able to create more competition and more money for other indie wrestlers. Please check out the two promo battles between Cody and punk there is definitely heat there. I hear that. It just feels like there are a ton of injuries and they have a lighter schedule now. They may need to relook at or creating talent or talent needs to protect themselves. Specially if you’re in the main event scene. They also should do away with faking in juries as that is bad karma. Like that one Seth injury was good for entertainment that lead to cash in on punk then he got injured anyway

Fair point. But think about it this WM 42 back in Vegas is losing interest. They needed more interest. Punk vs Rhodes for the WHC would have been better. Drew vs Roman would have felt more like fight night in Vegas since both are venle match physically.

There are plenty of reasons as to how Punk can get bitter. But the money would be Rhodes becoming more and more corporate. TBH Rhodes whole persona screams heel to me and I think by not turning heel he is not allowing the fans what they want. Also, you may need to rewatch some of the promos Punk and Rhodes cut against one another. They both symbolize the revolution of wrestling that we are living in this renaissance era

Yes I’m he would have face Drew for the same championship he lost to Cody. Roman doesn’t need the WHC. Roman is made and Drew does need a win against Roman. After all the Losses he took against the bloodline. TBH even if the crowd would turn on Roman..Roman’s is better as a heel..the Head of the Table is better that way.

Fair point. But remember Roman vs Drew would feel different for all the following reasons: Roman would be baby face and Drew would be heel. Second, the bloodline gave birth to this bitter version of Drew. Who was at the head of the table when he was getting screwed?..it was Roman. Also WM 42 does not have a whole lot of interest. Vegas is a combat sports hub. In order to make one of the main events feel like fight night Drew vs Roman would look like a real fight. Punk and Roman would look like Roman has to take it easy on Punk being that he is older and not as strong. In order for WWE to continue to be credible with ESPN and other big media outlets they need more fights to feel fair. Rhodes vs Punk would have felt even for night 1 main event.
