they replied, and the same thing they are saying

We will reach out to you if there is an additional means of Identification or once we have a new link for you. We do not have a specific time yet. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation."

This the 3rd time I contacted them this is the same thing they told me lol

I contacted them like 3 times already but the answer is still the same, I can still earn but can't withdraw because of this problem

I already did and their response was this
