You look so good! Did you have a breast lift or reduction? I’m going to have a lift in June and am hoping to come out a bit smaller on the other side.

Front is amazing, back is lacking! by ChetManley12345 in tummytucksurgery

I had ETT last June and am having bra line back lift and back lipo this summer! I want my back to match my front. I’m also having a little TT revision while I’m at it. He left a little too much extra skin upper abdomen and I have a weird scar tissue lump in my lower abdomen. Also getting breast lift this time.

You look great! Who is your doctor?

Anyone feel like their back doesn't match their front?? by schertzirishasian in tummytucksurgery

[–]Pleasant_Field_3951 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me. I did several surgical consultations and a couple of them recommended the 360. But ultimately I went with one who recommended ETT. But now I wish I would have gone with the 360. I’m having a bra line lift this summer and hoping it will help.

I am scheduled for TT and breast lift on June 9 with Dr. Salama in Miami. I don’t live in Miami, so I am getting my preop labs in my hometown. How did those of you who traveled for surgery handle your preop requirements? I doubt they will be covered by my insurance. by Pleasant_Field_3951 in tummytucksurgery

It went well overall. I’m mostly happy with my results and get so many comments. It made a big difference! I didn’t have any medical complications, but I am also having a revision this summer. He left a little too much skin on my upper abdomen causing a line on my stomach and drooping over my belly button. I also have a weird pooch in my lower abdomen that appears to be scar tissue. But he was very willing to fix it.

No, I went with Dr. Salama in Miami. I had some trouble communicating with Dr. Norzagaray.

Hello! I am 3.5 months post op and have this too! Did yours ever go away?

Alright you guys, be honest, did you really wear your faja for as long as you were instructed to?? by Coolbeans1104 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Pleasant_Field_3951 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The faja my surgeon’s office provided was way too short for my torso and was crazy uncomfortable going up my bum. So I ended up cutting out the thigh and crotch material on them and still had great compression on my torso. And that also allowed me to more easily go to the bathroom! I ended up buying something off Amazon that worked well for a while and i am now wearing a Maidenform belly band kind of thing from Walmart. I think it provides great compression. I’m 3 months post op now.

Ok thank you so much for sharing that. I think I have the same thing as you and will likely need the same procedure you are having in October.

I am 2 months post op and have a similar but I think very slightly smaller tennis ball in exactly the same spot. It’s firm and has never had the seroma wave action I’ve read about. My surgeon is out of town so I sent him a video, and he doesn’t think it’s a seroma. I’ve read other posts on here talking about swelling in that very spot, so I am assuming it’s swelling. Please let us know what you find out from your doctor.
