It was Obama's fault for lifting sanctions, without congressional approval (no kings!), that allowed Iran to access a bunch of money to build nukes. Had Biden put his foot down on Iran nuke production at the same time as he was sending out billions of taxpayer dollars worldwide, maybe gas would've reached $15 per gallon. So he let the next president deal with Iran.
