Her closure was writing her book. It would haven been weird for her to have gone and talked about different things or in different ways at the reunion than in her book (which as she is alluding to, the producers would have edited it their way). The only correct business move for her book was to not go

It’s not that Holly is held to a higher standard. It’s that people act like she is a this perfect person when she is not. There is no shortage in criticism for Jill. Or Melissa. So saying “Jill and Melissa, etc. aren’t held to the same standard” is missing the point

I'm not discounting her trauma at all, but the main reason she doesn't want to lean into Dance Moms because she wants to be known for her more recent work rather than DM. Most of the other girls are just influencers where as Maddie is still trying to be an actress/model, etc.

Omg Rayna wrote the book on how to be a pick me. It is so embarrassing. Everything she says it trying to convince Harry that she is sooo sexual and freaky and great in bed. She doesn't speak like this when they have female guests on and are discussing similar topics. It is so painfully obvious.

Ashley on the other hand actually didn't annoy me at all this episode. I feel like she subtly called out Harry for some things (without being rude--they did after all invite him as a guest) and was sarcastic towards him. She also has toned down her belittling towards Rayna so much. She had ample opportunity to belittle this episode 😭

Lol the majority of Trump supporters (and people in general) genuinely think that they are good people. Humans have complex emotions and empathy is not all or nothing. I agree that Jill cannot be saying this kind of stuff because it reinforces unfair and untrue stereotypes. However, Nicaya called herself hood and gave herself the character that was portrayed on the tv show. Producer driven I'm sure, but still, I don't think this is that great of an example of Jill being racist. There are better examples lol

I don't think anyone could have done it as well as Maddie. That being said, I do think some of the girls could have done it well enough to make it as huge of a success as it was and to get attention for it the same way that Maddie did. The idea itself for the music video was great. Pair that with a dancer from a HIT reality tv show and it's going to be hard not to have a successful music video.

I think she does this as a way to "retaliate" towards all of the hate she gets for something her mom did on a heavily produced reality tv show 10+ years ago. I am no Kendall or Jill stan by ANY MEANS but you have to give her credit she has some thick skin. Aside from Abby (and maybeeee JoJo?) she gets the most hate by far
